Glossary Term

Test-Retest Reliability

The consistency of survey results when administered to the same participants on two occasions.

Test-retest reliability checks whether scores are stable when nothing substantive has changed. With children, short retest intervals and consistent delivery are important.

Standardized audio and forced-choice items in our app help maintain stability, supporting overall reliability.
